Bananavore is an undergraduate thesis venture by a BS ABME student from UP Los Baños, where innovation meets the full potential of the banana plant. It transforms underutilized parts, pseudostems, blossoms, and peels, into flavorful, plant-based luncheon meat, turning what is often discarded into something nutritious, delicious, and sustainable.
